40W 1550nm TO-Can Diode Laser
TO-Can Laser Diodes are designed for direct connection to the laser diodes in 9mm, 5.6mm and 5.4mm packages, with configurable pin headers for different package pins. An active temperature control from -40 to 80°C keeps the diodes operating within specified parameters. High position repeatability ensures consistent device testing and repeatable measurements as well as thermal resistance of a high degree of accuracy.
